　　A Letter to Foreign Experts Working in Beilun

　　亲爱的外国专家朋友们：

　　近期，为进一步做好新冠肺炎疫情防控工作，确保您的健康和安全，请积极做好自身防护，并配合做好相关疫情防控工作，有关提示如下：

　　Dear foreign experts:

　　Recently, in order to improve COVID-19 prevention and control, and ensure health and safety of all the foreign experts in Beilun, please actively practice preventative methods, and follow the relevant epidemic prevention and control measures cooperatively. Preventative tips are as follows:

　　1.在仑期间合理安排出行，减少不必要的聚集；保持健康习惯，自觉做好防护，常通风，勤洗手，戴口罩，保持“一米线”社交距离；去正规超市或市场选购冷链食品时，尽量避免用手直接接触，肉蛋海鲜等食物要烧熟煮透。

　　1.Arrange your travels in Beilun reasonably. Reduce unnecessary gathering. Keep good hygiene habits such as practicing epidemic prevention and control measures actively, ventilating rooms routinely, washing hands often, wearing face masks properly, and practicing "one-meter" social distancing. Go to formal supermarkets or formal markets to buy cold chain food, and try to avoid direct contact with your hands when buying cold chain food. Meat, eggs, and seafood must be well cooked before being served.

　　2.一旦出现发热、干咳、乏力等症状，应立即到就近的发热门诊就诊，并主动告知14天活动轨迹及接触史。

　　2.If you have such symptoms as fever, dry cough and fatigue, you should immediately seek medical treatment at a fever clinic nearby and inform the medical workers of whereabouts and contact history over the previous 14 days.

　　3.密切关注中高风险地区信息动态，除必要和急需情况，不跨境旅行、不前往中高风险地区(有关信息可关注“中国政府网”公众号查询)。从中高风险地区返仑必须第一时间主动向社区报告，并配合开展集中隔离医学观察和新冠病毒核酸检测。

　　3.Pay serious attention to the situation in medium-risk and high-risk areas (Information can be checked by following the "Chinese Government Network" Wechat official account) and avoid travelling to those areas unless it’s necessary or urgent to do so. Travellers who are coming or returning to Beilun from the medium-risk and high-risk areas should report to local residential community immediately, follow the procedure of concentrated quarantine and medical observation, and take nucleic acid test for COVID-19 cooperatively.

　　4.如近期需从国外入境，请在旅途中规范做好个人防护，入境后配合做好 “14+7+7”健康管理措施。入境后，要主动申请和使用“甬行码”进行健康申报。

　　4.If you need to travel to China from another country in the near future, please follow the relevant epidemic prevention and control measures properly during the trip. After entry, please take cooperatively the "14 + 7+7" health management measures. After entering the country, you need to apply for the "Yongxing code" and use it for health declaration.
